Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our assisted living team. You will provide high-quality personal care and medication support to residents, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely and accurately administer prescribed medications per regulations and protocols.
2. Provide daily personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
3. Monitor residents for health or behavioral changes and report concerns promptly.
4. Assist with meals, including serving, feeding, and ensuring hydration and nutrition.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of care and medications.
6. Support residents' independence in a safe, clean environment.
7. Engage residents in activities to enhance their quality of life.
8. Follow all infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications:

1. Current certification as a 40-hour Medication Aide (CMA) in Nebraska.
2. Effective team communication skills.
3. Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with older adults.
4. Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized.
