Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide/CNA state certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of a charge nurse
• Administers prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
• Documents care outcomes, med administration, and vital signs
• Assists with meals, hygiene, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Supports wellness and recreational programs and helps maintain a clean, safe living environment
