The role includes recording vital signs, supporting wellness programs, and helping with dining and housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• Active CMA/TMA or CNA certification per state requirements.
• Registered nursing assistant status in the state of practice.
• Successful completion of state-approved medication aide courses where required.
• Must meet state-specific continuing education and competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility using proper techniques.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse within scope.
• Record vital signs and document care outcomes and changes in condition.
• Support psychosocial needs and participate in wellness and recreation activities.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and assist with dining and nourishment.
