Qualifications

• Maryland CMA license required.
• Maryland GNA/CNA-I license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records.
• Support residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, residents, and family members.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance standards.
