Formación

• Must hold a valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, cheerfulness, and resident-focused care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administering medications to residents on assignment.
• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, and transport when needed.
• Accurately administer medications, ensuring correct patient, time, dose, and route.
• Assist with hygiene and encourage self-care activities.
• Follow infection control procedures and isolation policies.
• Maintain thorough documentation for each shift.
• Present a professional image through attire, behavior, and communication.
• Address and resolve resident concerns in line with policy.
