You will follow resident plans, document tasks daily, and help with meals. The ideal candidate has CMA certification, a GED or high school diploma, and supervisory experience in a health setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• State CMA certification required.
• Supervisory experience of 6+ months in health-related field.
• Ability to read physician orders and match to MARs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and MAR.
• Document tasks daily and observe changes in resident condition.
• Communicate resident needs to co-workers for consistent quality.
• Assist in meal service and dining room duties.
• Supervise staff during shifts.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in trainings.
• Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Follow CQI program and report issues to supervisor.
• Work safely and assist with injury investigations when needed.
