Responsibilities include reviewing care plans, assisting with meals and daily activities, and responding to emergencies while following infection control procedures. A CMA and CNA certification are required, with ongoing training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CMA/CNA training program.
• Competency examinations passed for CMA and CNA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications under direct supervision of Charge Nurse.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly.
• Review Tenant Service Plans to understand tenant needs.
• Assist with dining and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and follow infection-control procedures.
• Support activities and social programs for residents.
