Northridge Village is a vibrant senior living community in Ames, Iowa, seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA). You will pass medications under the Charge Nurse, provide hands-on care, and support resident health and comfort in a boutique, 5-star setting.

Qualifications

• CMA: passes medication under supervision.
• Maintains tenant service plans.
• Follows infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and provide treatments per physician orders.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist tenants with medications and treatments as allowed by regulation.
• Support dining room and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Encourage tenant participation in activities.
