Job summary

Northridge Village is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. The CMA passes medications under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse and provides direct, hands-on care to residents in a boutique style senior living community.

Responsibilities include medication administration, reporting changes to the Charge Nurse, reviewing Tenant Service Plans, and assisting with dining, housekeeping, and activities. A supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Licensed CMA to pass medications under RN supervision.
• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications per physician orders and facility policy.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Review Tenant Service Plans to understand resident needs.
• Assist with dining and housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Support social/recreational activities for residents.
