Qualifications

• Must be certified to pass medications per state regulations.
• Experience with elderly residents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Provide daily living assistance: personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks such as shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs to Health Care Director clearly and confidentially.
• Manage tasks within scheduled shift.
