Qualifications

• Must hold an active CMA certification in the state.
• Must hold an active CNA certification in the state.
• 2 years LTC experience preferred; 6 months CMA experience preferred.
• Strong infection control knowledge and commitment to resident dignity.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under nurse supervision.
• Document medication administration and care activities.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
• Assist with resident daily living activities and vital signs.
• Maintain clean, organized medication cart.
