Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to administer routine medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and Primrose policy. You will support nursing staff to promote resident wellbeing.

This role requires current CMA certification, CPR/First Aid, and weekend availability. Long-term care experience is preferred; strong organizational and teamwork skills are essential in a caring, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification as per state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and Primrose policy.
• Assist with personal care, housekeeping, and daily activities as assigned.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, other departments, residents and families to support wellbeing.
• Provide care and participate in social-recreational activities as needed.
