Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Midland, MI is hiring a Medication Aide to administer routine medications and support residents in daily activities while following state regulations and Primrose policy.

The role requires current Medication Aide certification, CPR/First Aid, and weekend/holiday availability. You will work with the nursing team and other departments to enhance residents' physical and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Current Medication Aide certification per state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification maintained per state requirements.
• Able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications to residents per state regulations and Primrose policy.
• Support nursing department and other departments to ensure resident well‑being.
• Assist with personal care, housekeeping, laundry, and social activities as assigned.
