Grand Living at Indian Creek in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to provide compassionate care and support for residents. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Ideal candidates hold CMA credentials and have 1+ year of medication administration and senior care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CMA or Medication Technician credentials required as applicable by state.
• 1+ years of experience administering medication preferred.
• 1+ years of experience assisting with activities of daily living preferred.
• Experience with seniors highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per personalized care plans.
• Administer medications safely within certification and scope of practice.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle and Hospitality teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all services provided or declined.
