Grand Living seeks a Certified Medication Aide to provide compassionate care and support independence for residents in a luxury senior living setting.

You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and participate in wellness and social programs while building meaningful relationships with residents and families. This role emphasizes respect, hospitality, and teamwork in a First Class Happiness environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; CMA or Medication Technician credentials, required as applicable by state.
• One or more years of experience administering medication.
• One or more years of experience providing assistance with activities of daily living.
• One or more years of experience working with seniors.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Administer medications safely within your certification and scope of practice.
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Deliver care that is professional, respectful, timely and personalized.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
