Paloma Springs Healthcare in Truth or Consequences, NM, is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our care team. Under direct supervision of the charge nurse, you will assist with med passes and resident care, upholding our standards of quality and compassion.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English through speech and writing.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Shift Report.
• Perform routine patient care in accordance with nursing policies.
• Employ preventative and restorative measures.
• Follow hand washing techniques and other infection control guidelines.
