Job summary

Taos Healthcare is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Taos, NM. The CMA works under the charge nurse to ensure timely and accurate med passes, maintaining high-quality resident care. Position is Full-Time with a double weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• English communication skills, both speech and writing.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.

Responsibilities

• Reports promptly any change of patient condition or concerns to Patient Care Supervisor.
• Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
• Reports medication reorder.
• Participates in meetings, trainings and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.
