Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current unencumbered Ohio Certified Medication Aide certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• One year experience in assisted living or related human services preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and treatments per physician orders and center policy.
• Document medication/treatment in the EMR.
• Provide ADL assistance and enrichment to residents.
• Coordinate resident care with nurses and other staff.
• Maintain medication aide competency and comply with regulations.
