Accura HealthCare of Le Mars is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our nursing team on full-time or part-time schedules. CMAs administer medications, provide personal care, and work under the direction of licensed nurses to support resident well-being.

This role includes evening or night shifts with every other weekend/holiday rotation, and opportunities to grow within a compassionate, team‑oriented facility.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold current CMA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific certification (includes current CNA certification).
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications to residents following the care plan and state/federal regulations.
• Assess information and coordinate care with nursing staff to ensure resident safety.
• Perform treatments and personal care tasks as delegated by nurses and within scope of practice.

• Second Shift 2pm-10:30pm
• Third Shift 6p-6a or 10pm-6:30am

JOB SUMMARY:

Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) are responsible for administering medications, assessing information, and performing treatments in coordination with the resident’s care plan, the facility’s policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
