Accura HealthCare of Aurelia is a 44-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Aurelia, IA, seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our nursing team. The CMA administers medications and provides personal care as delegated by the nurse, aligning with the resident care plan and regulatory requirements.

We offer a starting wage of $21 per hour with AM and PM shifts, plus a sign-on bonus opportunity. Accura HealthCare emphasizes resident-centered care, teamwork, and opportunities for growth and education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold current CMA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific certification (includes current CNA certification).
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
