Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Naples, FL is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and personalized care. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, and coordinating with the clinical team to meet residents’ needs in a timely manner.

Qualified candidates will hold a CNA certification for their state, current Medication Administration certification, and preferably 1 year of CNA and medication

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification in your state.
• Must have current Medication Administration certification.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly
• Administration of medication to residents
