Job summary

Parkview Senior Living in Reinbeck, IA, part of Western Home Communities, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CMA eligibility to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Under nurse guidance, you will assist with daily activities, maintain accurate charts, and uphold residents’ rights and dignity while partnering with a supportive care team in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current active CNA license in Iowa.
• Must possess a current active CMA certification in Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, under the guidance of the nurse and alongside your supportive team.
• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Promptly respond to resident requests and provide care according to their unique care plans.
• Maintain accurate charts and effective communication with your team to ensure the best care outcomes.
• Uphold residents’ rights and dignity at all times.
