Job summary

Gardant in Anderson, IN is seeking a Part Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to deliver individualized resident care according to care plans and to report health changes to the clinical team.

The role emphasizes compassionate engagement with residents and families, ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings, and strict confidentiality of resident information while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must hold QMA certification in Indiana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
