Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck/Mandan is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to enrich residents' daily lives by delivering safe medication administration with dignity in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in this state.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

• Ability to provide emotional support using memory care approaches.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ongoing learning.

Touchmark on West Century is Bismarck/Mandan’s leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking compassionate people to join our talented Health Services Team.

Compensation & Shift Details

• No contract sign‑on bonuses.
• Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 for full‑time, $1,000 for part‑time, $3,500 for overnight shifts.
• Shift premium: $1 per hour for overnight shifts.
• Day shifts available: 6:00 am–2:30 pm, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, 4:00 pm–10:30 pm, 6:00 pm–10:30 pm.

As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication administration procedures to ensure that residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
