Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for the 2:00PM - 10:00PM shift. You will assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, responding to their needs with compassion on every shift.

Qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent and CMA certification. You will coach and lead other care team members, report changes promptly, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace that values growth and wellness for residents and staff.
