Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our care team, helping residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring with compassion and professionalism.

You will report changes on residents' conditions, communicating clearly with the care team and family as appropriate, and you will coach and support other team members during your shift.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring with compassionate care.
• Report changes and updates on resident conditions using clear communication.
• Coach and lead other care department team members on your shift.
