Job summary

The Arbor Company in Athens, GA seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join a compassionate care team. You will assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, responding to needs with empathy and clear communication.

You will report changes to the care team, coach and lead other department members on your shift, and maintain accuracy and safety in all medication procedures. A CMA certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You coach and lead other care department team members on your shift.

Responsibilities
