Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for the Decatur, GA area to help manage residents’ medications and health monitoring during the 2:00PM - 10:00PM shift.

You will communicate changes to the care team, respond to residents' needs with compassion, and help coach other staff on your shift. High school diploma or equivalent and CMA certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification is required.
• Ability to coach and lead other care department team members on shift.
