Applicants must have the required certifications for a Certified Medication Aide as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications
• Provide daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and respond appropriately
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with staff, especially regarding urgent needs and concerns to the Healthcare Director
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
