Preferred Care Health Centers is currently seeking Certified Medication Aides to join our Assisted Living team in New Jersey. We welcome new graduates and individuals with compassionate patient care skills to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration.

In this role you will accurately document vital signs, height and weight, monitor residents, and report any changes to a supervisor. Certification in New Jersey Home Health Aide is required, CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Certification for Home Health Aide.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform and record vital signs, height and weight.
• Accurately calculate and record weight changes and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report to a supervisor.
• Perform routine care rounds on each resident at minimum every two hours.
