Job summary

Capital Health seeks a Medication Aide, part-time, to assist residents with medication administration and personal care in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, CNA Certificate, and NJ certification.

Responsibilities include ensuring medication safety, providing support for daily living activities, and maintaining communication with nursing staff. Candidates must exhibit excellent customer service skills and demonstrate a friendly demeanor to ensure resident comfort.

Qualifications

• CNA/CHHA experience of at least 1 year.
• Successful completion of medication administration training course.
• AHA Heartsaver CPR AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration under RN supervision.
• Provide personal care including bathing and hygiene.
• Maintain communication with nursing staff regarding resident care.
