Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering medications as ordered by the physician under supervision.
• Follow facility policies for medication administration and documentation.
• Report medication errors and participate in QA programs.
• Maintain good working relations with nursing staff, physicians, and pharmacists.
• Ensure medications are properly labeled and charted.
• Observe and verify residents’ medication intake and report refusals or issues.
