Paradigm at the Creek in Wharton, TX is looking for a dedicated Certified Medication Aide to join our skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct nursing care and administer medications, ensuring the highest standards of respect and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered, active certifications as a Medication Aide and nursing assistant.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Six months experience as a Certified Medication Aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications under the direction of a nurse.
• Ensure medications are administered in a timely manner.
• Document administration of medications according to policies.
