Job summary

A leading senior living provider in New Jersey seeks a Certified Medication Aide to support residents’ physical and emotional needs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and administering medication. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold current CNA and Medication Administration certifications, with preferred experience in these areas. Qualifications

Full Time and Part Time schedules available.

Compensation

• Compensation: $22.00-$26.25 hourly depending on experience; plus shift differential

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
• Administration of medication to residents

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration – per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred
