Job summary

Fundamental, a healthcare provider in Pasadena, TX, is hiring a Certified Medication Aide. This full-time position requires starting by 7/31/2026 to qualify for a $3000 sign-on bonus, and includes a schedule of full-time weekends 6A-10P with PT every other weekend.

You will work with nursing staff to ensure patients receive medications accurately, administer various medications, and provide additional patient care under supervision. CNA license and CMA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state (as required).
• Must have a current Medication Administrative Certificate approved by the state (as required) (Certified Medication Aide).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
• 1+ years of experience as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant).
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer oral, nasal, eye, ear, and topical medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures and state law.
• Provide additional, varied care services to patients as instructed and under the supervision of nursing staff.

Posted Salary Range

USD $16.25 - USD $18.75 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
