Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, KS is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living, providing person-centered care and assisting with medications within a collaborative team.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Full-time roles offer 8-hour shifts with weekend options and a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments during the first 30 days and after 90 days. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner.
• Administration of medication to residents.

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour, Commensurate with experience

Sign-On Bonus Available! Earn a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time schedules or a $750 sign-on bonus for part-time schedules. The bonus is paid in two installments during your first 30 days and after 90 days of employment

Schedule: Full-Time: 8 hour shifts, weekend option available!
