Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, KS is hiring CNAs to support residents' daily living and care needs on part-time or full-time schedules. Earn starting at $17.00/hour with differentials for evenings and overnights; sign-on bonuses of $2,000 for full-time or $750 for part-time, paid in two installments within 30 and 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.

• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.

Location: Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living

Compensation

Starting at $17.00/hour, Commensurate with experience, including differentials for evening and overnight shifts.

Earn a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time schedules or a $750 sign-on bonus for part-time schedules. The bonus is paid in two installments during your first 30 days and after 90 days of employment
