Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and resident behavior
Help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
Communicate effectively with nurses, staff, and families
Certified Medication Aide(CMA) in good standing with state of Maryland
Previous experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred)
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Able to manage physical demands and emotionally rewarding work
