Adept Nursing & Rehab of Blue Hill is now hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) for 6a-6p, full-time. CMAs administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance while delivering compassionate resident care.

Qualifications include active CMA and CNA certifications in NE; previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred. We offer benefits, shift differentials, daily pay, PTO, 401k, and career growth in a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders
• Observe residents for side effects or reactions and report changes promptly
• Document medication administration in accordance with facility policies
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and storage areas
• Follow all state regulations and facility protocols
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents
