Adept Nursing & Rehab of Blue Hill in Nebraska is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts available: 6a–6p, full-time, on-site.

As a CMA, you administer medications under licensed nurse supervision, monitor residents for side effects, document per policies, assist with ADLs, keep carts organized, and follow state regulations. Qualifications

• Active CMA certification in NE
• Current CNA certification in NE
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders
• Observe residents for side effects or reactions and report changes promptly
• Document medication administration in accordance with facility policies
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and storage areas
• Follow all state regulations and facility protocols
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents

The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is responsible for administering medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications:
