Job summary

Cardinal Senior Living LLC is seeking a Certified Medical Technician (CMT) to join Oak Leaf Manor South's care team. You will help ensure residents receive medications and medical care and assist with daily living activities.

Starting pay is $18 per hour; employees work every other weekend and holiday. Benefits include PTO, holidays, weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• PA Certified Medical Technician Certification must be on hand.
• A servant's heart and good communication are important.
• First Aid/ CPR certification encouraged.
• 1+ year experience in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications and medical care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, and transportation to/from the dining room.

Oak Leaf Manor South is looking for a hardworking, caring Certified Medical Technicians to add to our team! We specialize in personal care for a vibrant group of seniors.

Current openings include:

• PRN all Shifts
• PT

Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Starting pay for Certified Medical Technician (CMT) is $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our certified med techs are responsible for ensuring that our residents receive their appropriate medication and medical care plus also assist residents with their daily living activities such as showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, and transportation to/from the dining room.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• PA Certified Medical Technician Certification - must have on hand
• A servant's heart
• Encouraged but not required upon hire:
• First Aid/ CPR certified
• 1+ year experience in a similar setting
