Job summary

RiverWoods Senior Living is seeking a Certified Med Technician (CMT) for PRN, 2nd shift. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and ensure resident safety with a strict 3-step medication check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Completion and certification of a recognized Medication Administration course.
• 1 year experience or training, preferably with older adults or in retirement housing.
• Pre-employment background check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Certified Med Technician responsible for resident health, safety, and well-being.
• Assists with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence.
• Safely administers medications (oral, eye, ear, nasal, rectal, topical).
• Follows 3-step check: right resident, medication, and dosage/route/time.
• Ensures compliance with all medication and care standards.
• Maintains high levels of accuracy, safety, and professionalism.

Hours and Pay:

• PRN - 2nd shift
• Daily Pay Available
• $16.25/Hour + Shift Differential
