Intermountain Health seeks a Certified Medical Physicist to join its Radiation Oncology team in Las Vegas, NV. You will design and optimize radiation treatment plans and ensure safety and accuracy across all procedures.

You will collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, therapists, and clinical leaders to lead QA, calibration, and regulatory compliance while advancing new technologies in patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health or Medical Physics from an accredited institution.
• Certification by ABR/ABMP/CCMP in Radiation Oncology Physics or Canadian College of Medical Physics.
• Licensure in the state of practice as required.
• For Colorado sites, RAM/QI/QE(t) required.

Responsabilités

• Design, optimize, and evaluate radiation treatment plans to ensure precise and effective patient care.
• Provide expert technical guidance for radiation therapy procedures, technologies, and treatment delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to maintain quality management and QA programs.
• Coordinate with the Radiation Safety Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and radiation safety.
• Support implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous learning within Radiation Oncology.
