Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and evaluate radiation treatment plans to ensure precise patient care.
• Provide expert technical guidance for radiation therapy procedures and delivery.
• Lead quality assurance programs and radiation safety efforts within the department.
• Coordinate with Radiation Oncology leadership to ensure regulatory compliance.
