Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program, or two years of related clinical experience, plus CMA-AAMA and BCLS certifications.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program or equivalent experience required.
• Two years of medical assistant or related clinical experience in lieu of formal education required.
• CMA-AAMA certification required upon hire.
• BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities under the supervision of a physician, physician extender, or registered nurse per established guidelines.
• Handle front office and back office duties as assigned.
