Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing across hematology, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, and special chemistry.
• Collect, receive, and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.
• Conduct quality control and instrument maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care.
• Assist with training students and new staff.
• Support inventory management and day-to-day workflow.
• Ensure timely reporting of results.
