Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required.
• Minimum two years of professional medical coding experience.
• Proficient in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS II and coding guidelines.
• Knowledge of Indiana Medicaid policies and FQHC billing.
• Experience with EHR systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records to assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
