Responsabilidades

• Perform accurate medical coding and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Review medical records and assign appropriate codes.
• Work with hospital billing processes and insurance requirements.
• Assist with prior authorization processes.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and collection activities.
• Review claims for accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and internal departments as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable coding and billing guidelines.
• Support the revenue cycle process and identify potential billing issues.
