Job summary

Freeman is seeking a full-time coding professional to determine correct codes for diagnoses and procedures for office and surgical records. You will assign CPT and ICD-10 codes to support billing and reimbursement.

Requirements include experience in coding, billing and compliance, proficiency with Word/Excel, and CPC certification (or within 6 months of hire). If homebound, residency in AR/KS/MO/OK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in coding, billing and compliance.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and internet.
• Current CPC Certification or must obtain CPC within 6 months of hire.
• If homebound, must reside in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri or Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Determines correct codes for diagnoses and procedures for office and surgical records.
