Qualifications

• Requires CMA certification from a recognized body (CMA, RMA, CCMA, etc.).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and medical office software familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Review and update health records and verify test results.
• Measure vital signs and prepare treatment rooms for examinations.
• Perform clerical duties and manage referrals and phones as needed.
• Support physician and clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
